From start to finish they were amazing with cleanup and fixing all the repairs. Their communication, customer service were great throughout the process and they made fixing/restoring issues and bring the room back to it’s original condition as easy as possible all while living in the house. I’ve now worked with NWA Restore It twice. This most recent time was superb. Beau was our project manager and he was always responsive, and willing to include our needs in the timeline. I think on of my favorite things he had done was a very thorough walk through review of the work his company did to include a follow up text a week later. He wanted to ensure they delivered on their high quality expectations. There maybe 5 or so people who worked on our house. Jose and Endi need special mention. They should up every day on time and extremely happy. I can’t tell you I much I appreciate their happiness, attention to detail.

All of our professionals follow preventative safety measures
We stay at least 6 feet away from clients and others in clients’ homes, including pets, when possible.
We use an appropriate mask for the task.
We regularly wash our hands or use hand sanitizer, if soap and water are not available.
Before the visit, we discuss the details of the service and may request that you send photos via text or by email, to help reduce the amount of time spent inside your home.
What you need to know Before scheduling services or repairs?
Per CDC Guidelines:
Ask the service provider to wear a mask.
You and other household members should wear masks.
Stay at least 6 feet from the service provider, and limit interactions between the service provider and other household members and pets.
After the service is completed, clean and disinfect any surfaces in your home that may have been touched by the service provider.
Please inform us if you or someone in your home is sick, having symptoms consistent with COVID-19, or if you are well but someone you live with has COVID-19. We will take special precautions following CDC protocols, make adjustment to your appointments or give appropriate suggestions according to the most recent company update and procedure.
