When we went through the devastating tragedy of having our house burn down, the one man who helped us out the most and literally gave us our house back, was Bill Faber with NWA Restore-It. They would keep us informed on what they were doing as they were cleaning up or building. They did everything to save what they could. They welcomed us there any time we wanted to check on things and answered questions at any time. Bill and his whole team would meet with us to make sure everything was the way we wanted. Bill was frank about what he could and couldn’t do, working with the budget and keeping everything in that budget. This gave us a lot of security in knowing that we picked the right people to help us with our house, and in fact could deliver what he said. It is because of NWA Restore-It and their hard work, that we have our house back! Better than it was before! I highly recommend NWA Restore-It to everyone who has gone through a similar tragedy and needs a house now, they will deliver and you will be happy!!

I just wanted to drop you a note regarding the work your company recently completed at the Innisfree Retirement Community. We were absolutely in a panic when we found out the office space for the retirement community had gotten wet during not one but two storms over the weekend.
I called your company and from the first appointment up until the office space was reconstructed and cleaned; the entire job was handled very professionally and in a timely manner. Timeliness was a huge issue on the job and I appreciate the way Jim Ford stuck to his schedule and communicated with me and the Innisfree staff.

Best contractor experience I've ever had in Arkansas!
All of the employees of NWA Restore-It, Inc. that came to our house and worked were courteous, professional, and just an excellent group of guys to work with. They are by far the best contractors I have worked with in Arkansas. I am extremely pleased with the staff and the quality of work. Although we were in Alaska much of the time, they took pictures and throughout the process, kept me well-informed every step of the way.

I came home from work one day to find my basement flooded! I called NWA Restore It and they promptly arrived and got the water out of my house. They explained what caused the problem (I left the hose hooked up over the winter), and set drying equipment in place. They then replaced damaged walls and flooring and now the game room is back in business! Thank you!

I recently had some serious water damage due to a malfunction of my air conditioner. I called your company and a team of workers came quickly. Not only were they very good, they were polite and pleasant to have around.
When the floors were dry they replaced some drywall that was damaged, painted my walls, and tiled my floors. No more carpeting downstairs and the tile looks great!!
The day they returned my things, which had been boxed and labeled and put in storage while they worked, was a stormy day. There were men unloading the truck, women checking the boxes against their inventory sheet, and even Mr. Tyler’s son was helping them get things inside in a hurry. I’m sure they were glad to get finished and out of the rain. I could not have asked for nicer people. Thank you all. A special thank you to Mr. Tyler for operating such a well run business.
